We have been very pleased with the services that Town Star provides and also very comforted that they are there in our absence. Town Star indeed oversees our home, drives the cars routinely, checks the house twice a week on a varied schedule. Bonny is extremely responsible and proactive; and, we have found her insights & expertise to be very helpful as we prepared for our move and during our time overseas. So far Town Star has caught a small water leak that could have been expensive, taken care of car inspections, registrations, battery replacement, makes sure the water level in the pool is optimal. Town Star also detected that our alarm system had gone off line and notified us before the alarm company did! She has a network of subcontractors for as needed maintenance, but we also provided a list of our preferred providers & vendors. We are 7 months in to our 18 month stay and have returned for home leave once. The house & yard look great .. Bonny is extremely capable and easy to work with and I have no reservations in recommending her. Meeting her has been a Godsend for us and made our recent decision to extend our stay that much easier. We had an immediate feeling of trust with Bonny and have not been disappointed.
